Paddling glass conditions on Eagle Lake

We were extremely lucky to experience these near perfect conditions on Eagle Lake, but it is important to note that this is not the norm. You should be aware that it is possible to become windbound for several days on Allagash lakes, especially on Eagle Lake and Chamberlain Lake. Extreme weather conditions can occur in the Allagash, so plan accordingly and keep safety first!
